Real Estate is the only estate agent on Test Drive: Unlimited 2. It is used by the player to aquire new houses and garage spaces. Houses are rated through a stars system and each can be given a Virtual Tour before purchase.
There is one Real Estate Shop in every area of both islands, which usually specilise in houses in the area in which it is located. Despite this, the Real Estate shop in Hawaii Area 1 sells houses from throughout Hawaii. This is probably because Hawaii is a lot larger than Ibiza, so allows players to buy houses as a way of shortening travel distances.
Although the Caravan and Shelter are given to the player by characters in each location, they still appear at Real Estate at much cheaper prices than other houses.
